Chocolate muffins
Simple, fast and tasty my muffins!

Ingredients for 6 muffins:
In another bowl melt without cooking 30g of butter (in a bain-marie or microwave), add 90ml of milk and 1 egg, mix well and add it to the contents of the other bowl helping with a whisk to mix the mixture, if it is too thick or liquid we can adjust with a little milk or flour.
We fill all the stencils in aluminum / greaseproof paper / silicone up to about halfway, leaving room for leavening during cooking.
On a chopping board we cut 100g of chocolate into small pieces or you can use the chocolate drops for pastry, we lightly infarinate the chocolate pieces so that they do not sink too much of the dough.
Bake at 180° for 17/20 minutes in a hot oven.
- Flour 00 90g
- Bitter cocoa 20g
- Brown sugar 80g
- Dark chocolate 100g
- Butter 30g
- Sweet yeast 7g (half Sachet)
- Milk 90ml
- Eggs 1
- Salt a pinch
