Double Chocolate Cookies
Delicious, soft, rich milk and dark chocolate, these are the most famous American biscuits in the world.

Ingredients:
- Flour 00 220g
- Cocoa 50g
- Milk chocolate 90g
- Dark chocolate 90g
- Brown sugar 80g
- White sugar 40g
- Butter 130g
- Eggs 1
- Bicarbonate 2g (half a teaspoon)
- Salt a pinch
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl, cut 130g of butter into small pieces and whip it with an electric mixer, adding 90g of brown sugar little by little, add an egg, a pinch of salt and 40g of white sugar.
We sift the flour with the bicarbonate and the cocoa powder, add the flours and mix everything by hand to have a nice consistency.
Finely chop the two chocolates and add them to the dough, let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and then roll it out with a rolling pin on a sheet of baking paper.
Baked:
Cup the dough with a pastry ring or a glass to make circular shapes.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 170° for 18 minutes.
