Fruit Smoothies
Smoothies made from fruit, vegetables, tubers, roots based on milk, yoghurt, juice or plain water.
Smoothies can have different bases, milk, almond milk, oat milk, water, orange juice, pineapple juice, yoghurt etc... to have it fresh we add ice.
I leave you with a number of recipes for smoothies and milkshakes, but you can always change them to your liking.
Ingredients Smoothies: 1 Red
- Watermelon one piece
- Ginger (one piece)
- Apple juice 150ml
- Berries 30gr
- Pear 1/2
- Lime 1/2 squeezed
- Mint 2 leaves
- Carrot 1
- Green apple 1/2
- Fresh spinach 60g
- Apple or pineapple juice 150ml
- Celery two ribs
- Kiwi 3
- Ginger a piece
- Golden apple 1
- Banana 1
- Mango 1/2
- Peaches 1
- Golden kiwi 1
- Pineapple 150m or Yoghurt 150ml
- Watermelon one piece
- Strawberries 60g
- Cherries or blackberries or berries 100g
- Apples 1/2
- Apple juice or berries 150ml or milk
- Oranges 3
- Apple 1/2
- Grapefruit 1
- limes or limes 1/2
- Mandarin clementines 2
- Orange juice 150 ml
- Black carrots 2
- Blackcurrants or blackberries or berries 100g
- Red apple 1
- Blueberry or berry juice 150ml or yoghurt
- Poppy seeds or sesame seeds qb
- Carrots 1
- Celery 1
- Apple 1
- Cucumber 1/2
- Spinach 70g
- Tomato 1
- Apple juice or water 150ml
- Basil to taste
- Almond milk 180ml
- Banana 1
- Peanut butter 30g
- Hazelnuts, almonds 40g
- Cocoa or ovosport 20g
- Protein powder 30g
- Ice in summer
Standard procedure:
We wash and hull the vegetables and fruit by removing the various seeds and cores and chop them up to make it easier for the blender.
We can add ice to make a kind of cooler smoothie slush on hot days.
We thus have a vitamin-rich, mineral-rich antioxidant smoothie with few carbohydrates.
Always remember that you can interchange liquids (milk yoghurt, fruit juice, etc.) paying attention to acidity.
