Meat Stuffed Mushrooms

For lovers of mushrooms and meatballs here is a combo that you will not be able to give up.

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • Ground meat 400g
  • Champignon mushrooms large 16-20
  • Breadcrumbs 80g
  • Scratched hard cheese 60g
  • Eggs 1
  • Garlic 1/2 clove
  • Parsley a tuft
  • Salt and pepper qb
Procedure:

We wash the mushrooms carefully and cut the stalk at the beginning of the chapel so as to obtain the space to place a meatball inside.
Dry them gently and place them upside down on a baking plate.
Finely chop half a clove of garlic and a tuft of parsley, put it in a bowl and break an egg inside, add 60g of cheese (Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese) and beat with a fork. Now add the minced meat 400g and breadcrumbs 80g, salt and pepper to taste and with your hands (pulite😅) work the dough to make it homogeneous, at this point we must create the meatballs that will be placed in the mushrooms.
Take a small amount of dough and with the palms of your hand round it until you get a ball.
Fill all the mushrooms and put them in the oven at 180° for about 30 minutes the cooking will be finished when the mushrooms will have a beautiful hazelnut color and the golden meatball.
Tips:
  • You can also add cheese on top of the meatballs before baking them.
