Raspberry Brownie
One American recipe with an incredible taste, combining the sweetness of chocolate and the sourness of raspberries.

Ingredients:
- Butter 100g
- Dark chocolate 150g
- White sugar 200g
- Eggs 3
- Cocoa 20g
- Flour 100g
- Vanillin 1 sachet
- Salt a pinch
- Raspberries 200g
We start by melting in a bain-marie with a pot of water and a smaller pot the chocolate 150g and the butter 100g, in a bowl we whip the 3 eggs with 200g of sugar and the salt um pinch until we obtain a frothy mixture.
With a sieve we add the flour 100g, the vanillin powder and the cocoa 20g twice so that there are no lumps, we add the chocolate and the butter to the eggs and with a hand whip we also incorporate the flour and cocoa mixture.
If the mass is fluid and homogeneous we can transfer it to a buttered and floured baking tray.
We place the washed and dried raspberries in well aligned rows and bake at 170° for about 35 minutes.
