Soft Cocoa Cake
Soft, chocolatey, good at any time of day and very quick to make!

Ingredients:
- Flour 00 200g
- Sugar 170g
- Butter 110g
- Chocolate 80g
- Cocoa Powder 70g
- Whole eggs 5
- Milk 60ml
- Yeast 16g (sachet for cakes)
Method:
Melt 110g butter together with the 80g chocolate and 60ml milk in a small saucepan in a water bath.
Transfer the ingredients into a bowl and add the 5 whole eggs and 170g of sugar and mix them with an electric whisk.
We sift 200g of 00 flour with 16g of baking powder and add them and continue with the whisk until the mixture is smooth and semi-fluid.
Baked:
Now butter and flour a 22/24 cm mould or use a non-stick one, put the mixture in it and that's it, now just bake it at 170° for 28 minutes in a hot oven in static mode.
